Seven units, one clean sea elevation

A private two-storey home on the Aurora coast, cooled room by room rather than by one central system — six wall-mounted Daikin units through the bedrooms and upper floor, and a floor-mounted unit for the main living space that opens onto the water.

The decision that shaped the job was where the condensers go. Grouping all of them on the inland facade keeps the sea elevation clear, keeps the noise off the side of the house the owners actually sit on, and puts every unit within reach of one service walkway. Salt air makes that access matter more here than inland — these units will be washed down more often than most.
