Same five units, three years, twenty-nine visits

A busy restaurant floor is the hardest thing an aircon fleet does. Doors open all day, a kitchen pushing heat into the dining room, and grease in the air that coats a coil faster than any office ever will. Left alone, a ducted unit in that room loses its cooling within a year and the branch starts buying portable fans.

This branch hasn't needed one. The same fleet — one ducted unit, three to four ceiling cassettes and a floor-mounted — has been on a rolling cycle since August 2023: deep cleaned when the coils need it, checked between cleans, repaired the few times something failed. Twenty-nine logged visits later, not one unit has been replaced.
