A seven-system campus in the Cordilleras
Daikin VRV + 6 further system types · May – July 2026A mountain campus does not cool like a flat commercial floor. Halls that fill and empty within the hour, offices used all day, and residential rooms that need to stay quiet at night — one system type would have been wrong for at least two of the three.
So the campus runs a Daikin VRV backbone for the main halls, and six further system types elsewhere: large floor-standing units in the auditorium, ceiling-concealed ducted where the ceiling had to stay clean, ceiling cassettes, multi-split, D-Lite and floor-mounted units through the offices and residences. The condensers are grouped on a single steel plinth along the building edge, which keeps every service point reachable from one walkway.
Delivered in three phases between May and July 2026, each commissioned before the next began.
